Do you price match?
Our company strives to provide quality products at affordable prices. We are mainly a wholesale distribution company so our retail prices are set. However, you may
contact our sales department and we can refer you to your nearest dealer for a possible price reduction.
I do not see what I want, can Streetconcept.com get it?

Do the side skirts/fenders come as a pair?
Yes, all side skirts and fenders come as a pair, only.
Do your kits come painted?
No, our kits do not come painted. Since the possibility of different shades of each color, it is almost impossible for us to color match your car, when your car is
not sitting in front of us. Thus we recommend you take it to a professional body shop to have the kits prepped, primed, and painted.
Can you guys do custom body kit?
From A-Z body kit that available and all car that available in US, we can MAKE IT. Just call us for more detail.
How do I get sponsorship?

Do you guys do group buy?
Yes we do group buy, we will give u big-time discount, but all depends on the quantity
Can I mix-n-match a kit?
Yes, you can mix-match a kit and still receive a full kit discount. For a price quote on a mix-match kit, please contact our sales department or you can simply mix
and match your kit online and receive a discount.
What if I get my product and I don’t like it, can I return it?
What if I get my product and I don’t like it, can I return it? Simply send us the picture of the item, reason why you not happy with it, repackage the product and return the product along with the receipt within 3 days after you receive it (from the day shipping company drop it of at your location) and we will give you a *refund of the product price. No receipt, no refund.
*refund could be partial, full redund or store credit
SPECIAL ORDERS item –
We will not be accepted for return, no exception. Due to the nature of the industry most of the item (90%) are special order items, please mention when you order the item.
PRODUCT RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECT OR NON-TECHNICAL REASONS -
Both the Sales Manager and the Customer Service Manager must approve such returns.
MOST RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE
& customer have to pay the shipping both way. Based on the original sale price. Absolutely No refund after 3 days (regular days/weekend included)

Won't fiberglass parts crack or break easily?
Not all fiber glass made with good stuff. The answer is NO, unless they are manufactured using poor quality materials and are not built to hold up for the long haul.
We recently began working with a nearby fiberglass race car body manufacturer to ensure that our fiberglass manufacturing process was of the utmost quality.
At this point, we are effectively emulating their manufacturing setup, and the parts we make are assuredly being built to hold up for the long haul. Unfortunately,
the same cannot be said of all fiberglass body kit manufacturers, so it is wise to research manufacturing procedures before making a purchase. We can go long way to
explain the formula of our special way to make fiber glass, but not here. Sorry.
What are Streetconcept.com parts made of?
Depending on which item; some made of urethane, fiber glass, carbon fiber and very few are made in metal.
- Urethane body kit:
We use high-pressure urethane machines and epoxy tooling.
- High pressure injector cost 50% more than low-pressure urethane injection, but in order to keep the bumper light and flexible, urethane-liquid have to be
inject at high pressure.
- Epoxy Tooling,
3x cost more than polyester mold, not only durability reason, but epoxy doesn’t shrink so the fitment will be perfect / close to OEM specification
- Fiber Glass
We often call our fiber glass products as FRP (Fiberglass Re-enforce Plastic). Making fiber glass is not only resin and fiber glass, the composition have to be
right, we have done research, testing and keep doing it for 7 years. When you talking about fiber glass Streetconcept, inc will be the best maker of fiber glass
body kit.
We make our fiber glass products light, strong and flexible.

- Fiber hood or carbon fiber products
95% of our carbon materials are from France (Hexcel) and we mixed with our special formulated resin. All carbon are made 100% hand laid carbon fiber comes with
re-enforcement material. All carbon fiber comes with 3-4 clear-coats with U.V. blocking so the carbon fiber will never turn yellow or fading. This way, our carbon
fiber products is durable, light-weight and beautiful.

Most of the item we make it in USA to make sure the fitment and quality match with US spec vehicle, and the answer is about 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on what you order. Parts we manufacture generally take anywhere from one to three weeks to arrive depending on when you order it and what you order. Call
us or email us to get an exact time frame at any given time. Parts we do not manufacture can, if they are not in stock at the time of order, take a varying amount of
time to arrive. For any specific product, it is best to ask an Streetconcept.com sales rep for an estimate.
My item got damage on shipping, what should I do?
All merchandise is fully insured, so don’t worry. If you have problem with any shipping related issues please let us know and we will take care of it.

What is the fastest payment method, if I want to get the parts quicker?
Credit card over the phone and internet (visa and master ONLY)
What if I want to have the products shipped to an address different from the billing address for my credit card?
Yes we can ship to different address, but we will need both addresses on file.
Why do you ask for the credit cards customer service number?
To prevent the use of fraud over the internet, we need this number to verify all information provided to us.
I do not have a credit card what other forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal and company checks, cash, and Paypal (please contact us for paypal).
Installation questions:
Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since they are all hand made minor
difference can occur. Also with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to
guarantee perfect fitment. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it, and
we will refund you the product price in full.
Can you install the products for me?
We are strictly a distribution facility. We do not do any kind of body work or customization at our active site.
However, you may call us and we can help you through your installation. If you are locally in California we can refer you to closest body shop.
Why does my kit not fit perfectly?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we cannot guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since they are all hand made minor
difference can occur. Also with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to
guarantee perfect fitment. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it within
5 days of receipt, and we will refund you the product price in full.
Is it hard to install these products?
For an experience body man, it is very simple to install our products. This is not always the case for body shops that have no experience in installing after market
body kits. Even though you might feel you have the experience and knowledge to install it yourself, we do not recommend for any of our customers to install the
products themselves. Please be advised that our recommendation is to take it to a professional. If the body shop is going to charge you anything over $1000 to paint
and install, you are probably better off finding another source.
What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body shop with 30 years experience in doing collision
work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but specialize in
installing aftermarket body kits
PRODUCTS IN GENERAL:
All body kits, hoods and fenders are not street legal. Again all hoods require hood pins.
We will NOT responsible and we are not liable for ANY TYPE of damage caused by our products.
All products must be installed by a professional; extra securing and mounting might be needed.
